Aline Saad is an Associate Professor, Director of Faculty Development, and Coordinator of Interprofessional Education (IPE) at the Eugene Applebaum College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, Department of Pharmacy Practice. Dr. Saad is an IPE champion at the Michigan AHEC. Dr. Saad most recent IPE contribution centers around an innovative collaboration with Medicine, Nursing, and Social Work to implement a pilot IPE telehealth course. She is currently implementing a comprehensive IPE plan for the PharmD program that prepares all pharmacy students to provide patient-centered care in a variety of practice settings as a contributing member of an interprofessional team.
