Andrew Wiss is Director of Online Learning and a Professorial Lecturer in the Department of Health Policy and Management at The George Washington University. His professional work, research, and teaching centers on the use of emerging technologies to enhance learning and performance and the roles that human-centered design, motivation, and organizational structure can play in supporting ongoing learning and development.
