Angela Bingham, PharmD, Vice Chair and Associate Professor of Clinical Pharmacy at the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy, University of the Sciences, practices in an interprofessional collaborative role in adult critical care at Cooper University Hospital. She has experience with curricular and co-curricular IPE development and implementation. In the past, she collaborated nationally to conduct a survey of IPE activities, assessments, and barriers within College and Schools of Pharmacy in the United States and contributed to the American College of Clinical Pharmacy White Paper “IPE: Principles and Application. A Framework for Clinical Pharmacy.”

Interprofessional Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (iACLS), a simulation-based certification program for medical, nursing, and pharmacy students, is a component of the longitudinal interprofessional education (IPE) curricula at the University of Pennsylvania’s Perelman School of Medicine and School of Nursing and University of the Sciences’ Philadelphia College of Pharmacy.
