Dr. Maxwell is Professor and University Director of Interprofessional Education & Collaboration at A.T. Still University. She has been involved in IPE and collaborative practice since the late 1980s working in the UK, Hong Kong, and the US. She works both nationally and internationally. Serving on the advisory board of the American Interprofessional Health Collaborative (AIHC), as the American representative to Interprofessional.Global: The Global Confederation for Interprofessional Education and Collaborative Practice, as inaugural Chair of the National Academy of Practice for Physical Therapy, a member of the InterprofessionalResearch.Global, and as Chair of the IPE Taskforce for the Network TUFH.
