Beth Zerr, PharmD, BCACP is a graduate of the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy. She completed a PGY1 residency at Lake Region Healthcare partnered with North Dakota State University. She is currently an assistant professor in the Pharmacy Practice and Science department at the University of Arizona College of Pharmacy, where she co-coordinates Self Care and Pharmacotherapeutics for P1 students, and guest lectures in other pharmacotherapeutics courses. She practices as an ambulatory care provider with Banner Health. Her practice focuses on managing patients with diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular risk factors.

BackgroundInterprofessional collaborative care is a key aspect of all academic experiences. Our goal is to develop pharmacists and dietetic-professionals that are team- and practice-ready to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to improve individual and population health outcomes.
