Charlotte Kendrick MSW, LCSW has over 19 years social work experience including 10 years at OU Medical Center. Ms. Kendrick is now Graduate Coordinator and full-time faculty at the Anne and Henry Zarrow School of Social Work at The University of Oklahoma. Charlotte was involved with and contributed to the Interprofessional Educators & Practitioners Association at The University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center (OUHSC) for two years. Beginning in late 2019, she became involved with the College of Nursing at OUHSC and the Interprofessional Leadership Simulation project and continues to assist with that project.
Presenting at the Nexus Summit:
This project addresses the conference theme of “Innovations in Interprofessional Learning: in Practice and/or Education.” Students who desire leadership positions or in various health administration programs often do not work together until they have graduated and are working in healthcare settings. This is a disadvantage for them when they work in resolving urgent matters within healthcare.
