My name is Christa Bellack and I am a second-year medical student at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine. I received my B.S. in Neurobiology from The University of Oklahoma in 2019. I am passionate about increasing healthcare accessibility in my community and the importance of mentorship in medical education. I am interested in the fields of family medicine, ophthalmology, and neurology. In my free time, I enjoy traveling and reading.

With the approval of the first COVID-19 vaccines, it became clear that students at the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center (OUHSC) would be an integral component of the University’s community vaccination efforts. The OUHSC campus cares for Oklahomans across the state and took on the responsibility of leading large vaccination events early during vaccine rollout. To meet the needs of our state, the Unity Clinic, the campus's student-led interprofessional clinical experience, served as a vehicle to recruit and engage students from across the campuses 7 colleges.
