Christine Podolak, MS is the Associate Director of Experiential Education with the Binghamton University, Master of Public Health (MPH) Program. She is also a member of the Interprofessional Education and Practice (IPE) faculty and steering committee at the University. Ms. Podolak has a professional background in healthcare reimbursement, care coordination, and research coordination, as well as a passion for teaching and mentoring interprofessional students in pursuit of opportunities that align with their career interests and goals. Ms. Podolak has an integral role in leading interprofessional education for the MPH Program, which includes coordination across disciplines with other health and human service professionals to develop and implement curriculum, activities, and assessment involving public health students.

Learning disruptions are increasingly common in higher education. From the COVID-19 pandemic emerged enduring lessons about how to effectively utilize technology to facilitate interprofessional (IP) learning and support mastery of the Interprofessional Education Collaborative (IPEC) core competencies.
