Chrystian Pereira, Pharm.D., BCPS, BCACP is an Associate Professor at the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy in the department of Pharmaceutical Care and Health Systems. Dr. Pereira is the Director for Interprofessional Education at the College of Pharmacy and a member of the 1Health interprofessional education curriculum development team. He is a faculty member with Smiley’s Family Medicine Clinic where he also practices as an MTM pharmacist. Dr. Pereira’s areas of interest are in quality improvement, community health and the study of the medication experience.
