Dawn M. Joosten-Hagye, PhD, LCSW, GC-C is a Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Southern California Suzanne Dworak-Peck School of Social Work who teaches graduate level social work practice courses. She has over 20 years of experience in health settings. She engages in interprofessional-education training and research in campus, community-based and virtual settings nationally and internationally. Her research emphasizes interprofessional education student learning outcomes. She is a consulting editor for the Journal of Health & Social Work. She is the co-editor of a textbook titled Interprofessional Education and Collaborative Practice: International Micro, Meso and Macro Approaches (release Spring 2022).

This presentation addresses the selected theme 'Innovations in Interprofessional Learning in Education' and subtheme 'Online, Virtual and Technology Facilitated Interprofessional Learning' as the Virtual Interprofessional education (VIPE) program is an innovative multi-institutional collaboratively designed and subsequently facilitated online and virtual interprofessional education learning program led by an interprofessional group of faculty.
