E. Adel Herge, OTD, OTR/L, FAOTA is Professor and Director of the BSMS OT Program in the Department of Occupational Therapy at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA. As part of her work in the university Dr. Herge serves as faculty for the Jefferson Center for Interprofessional Education where she is the lead on Team Care Planning-an Interprofessional simulation program focusing on development of teamwork skills in Interprofessional university students. Dr. Herge has presented at local, state and national venues on interprofessional education and simulation and has recently co-authored chapters in workbook on simulation which is currently in press.
