Erin Embry is a licensed and certified speech-language pathologist with a dual degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders and Health Policy and Management. Her approach to teaching and leadership promotes interprofessional collaboration at all levels of academic, clinical and professional training. She serves as the Associate Dean for Academic Operations within the Steinhardt School and holds an appointment in the Department of Communicative Sciences and Disorders.

This presentation addresses the selected theme 'Innovations in Interprofessional Learning in Education' and subtheme 'Online, Virtual and Technology Facilitated Interprofessional Learning' as the Virtual Interprofessional education (VIPE) program is an innovative multi-institutional collaboratively designed and subsequently facilitated online and virtual interprofessional education learning program led by an interprofessional group of faculty.
