Frank North, Pharm.D., M.P.A., R.Ph. is an Instructional Assistant Professor at Texas A&M University Health Science Center Irma Lerma Rangel College of Pharmacy in College Station, Texas. He earned the Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Texas Southern University and is licensed to practice in Texas and the District of Columbia and is certified in immunization-delivery pharmacist, Point-Of-Care-Testing and Medication Therapy Management. Before obtaining the Pharm.D. degree he obtained the Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Executive Master of Public Administration degree from Texas Southern University. He also received a Certificate of Business Entrepreneurship from the Integrated Technology Transfer Network Fellowship at California State University – San Bernardino and the participated in the J. W. Vines Medical Society Internship while in California. Dr. North professional service includes President-elect of the National Pharmaceutical Association (NPhA) and Director to the Texas Pharmacy Association Board of Directors. He completed the Houston Black Leadership Institute and the Higher Education Leadership Foundation Institute. Currently, he is pursuing the Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Urban Higher Education at Jackson State University in Jackson, Mississippi.
