Jamie Clem graduated from Florida State University with her PhD in Social Work in 2015. The majority of her direct practice experience is in substance abuse, mental health, crisis intervention, and medical social work. She also has experience in macro-practice working on projects serving people experiencing poverty and homelessness. Her research focuses on trauma as well as social, economic, and environmental justice, both in the community and within the education system

The ETSU HealthBridge is a community of interprofessional faculty and students who affirm the inherent worth of unhoused people experiencing homelessness by meeting them where they are, and by providing care with compassion, trust, and excellence whose vision is to bridge barriers so that health care reaches everyone in our community, especially those who are unsheltered.
