Jarred Millard, CCPM

Jarred Millard is a third-year medical student at ETSU Quillen College of Medicine and one of the founding members and Co-President of the Street Medicine Interest Group. Prior to medical school, Jarred spent 9 years working as a Critical Care Paramedic and Flight Paramedic. He leverages his skills and experience as a paramedic serving patients in austere and dynamic environments to his current involvement with Street Medicine. When he is not involved in outreach or studying for exams, he enjoys spending time with his wife Erika, and their two young children, Owen and Esther.

Background: The ETSU HealthBridge is a community of interprofessional faculty and students who affirm the inherent worth of unhoused people experiencing homelessness by meeting them where they are, and by providing care with compassion, trust, and excellence whose vision is to bridge barriers so that health care reaches everyone in our community, especially those who are unsheltered.
