Jeremiah McGuire

Jeremiah McGuire is a 2nd-year student in the CPMA in Dietetics at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. Additionally, he will begin his MS in Nutritional Sciences at OUHSC this fall. Jeremiah serves as the Vice Chair for the Interdisciplinary Student Council, as well as the Nutritional Sciences Chair for the Unity Clinic. He earned the College of Allied Health Outstanding First Year Student award for the 2020-2021 academic year. Following the completion of his currrent academic programs, Jeremiah seeks to attend the Population Health Sciences PhD program, with a specialization in Public Health Nutrition, at Harvard University.

Background: The interprofessional education (IPE) program at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center services 19 professions in eight colleges across three campus locations. The Interdisciplinary Student Council (ISC) was formed in 2020 under the guidance of the Office of the Vice Provost and the Office of the Interdisciplinary Programs.
