Julie Orban, MPH is a Research Scientist at the Fitzhugh Mullan Institute for Health Workforce Equity within the George Washington University (GW). In this role, she works with research teams throughout the lifecycle of projects, including program management, strategic planning and implementation, and data analysis development. She has worked on social mission research for the past five years. Ms. Orban holds a Master of Public Health degree in maternal and child health and a certificate in health policy from GW.

The Fitzhugh Mullan Institute for Health Workforce Equity conducted an investigation to understand 1) how participating dental, medical, and nursing school leaders of the 2019 Social Mission Metrics Self-Assessment Survey view social mission, and 2) the effects of survey participation on institutional change.
