Karen Lenehan is the Academic Assistant for MCPHS University School of Pharmacy – Worcester, MA/Manchester, NH. Karen has worked in the high tech, medical, and higher education industries. She manages data collection and analysis for many research projects, coordinates and manages electronic testing, collaborates on projects and events across the Colleges within the University. She also initiates process and database creation and reporting.

Background: Our client population is becoming increasingly diverse. Cultural competence is an important skill set for health care providers to serve this diverse client population, improve healthcare outcomes and engage in collaborative work with colleagues.
