Karl got interested in physical therapy because it presented the opportunity to develop long lasting and deep connections with interesting and passionate people. He is interested in developing and participating in integrated healthcare systems that focus on patient outcomes. His research is focused on how best to educate future health care practitioners in order to maximize their abilities to work interprofessionally. He plans to use the lessons he learned through conducting his research to achieve his goal of becoming a leader of future health care systems.
