Dr. Kelli Glaser was Co-Deputy Director of the Primary Care Transformation Executive Fellowship Program training health care professionals to lead change at Community Health Centers during her time with A.T. Still University School of Osteopathic Medicine in Arizona. In her prior clinical practice work, Dr. Glaser was recognized as a leader for her sites transition to become a patient-centered medical home and for high achievement on quality markers. She is currently working as an Associate Professor of Family Medicine at Rocky Vista University College of Osteopathic Medicine.
