Dr. Krista Donohoe, PharmD, BCPS, BCGP is an Associate Professor in the Department of Pharmacotherapy & Outcomes Science at Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) School of Pharmacy. She has been at VCU since August 2011. She primarily teaches in the Skills Laboratory and is currently practicing at the Richmond Health and Wellness Program (RHWP).

Background. In many healthcare settings, teams change composition regularly, so healthcare students must be trained to function effectively in dynamic teams before entering the workforce. At our institution, learners from various health professions participate in varied scheduled clinics in low-income housing communities for older adults.
