Laura Santurri is an assistant professor and works as the chairperson for Interprofessional Health & Aging Studies, and as program director for the Doctor of Health Science at University of Indianapolis. She holds a PhD in Health Education & Promotion, MPH in Health Promotion & Disease Prevention, and a BA in Interdisciplinary Anthropology. Santurri’s areas of expertise include qualitative and mixed methodology with a focus on community-based participatory research, and chronic disease management. Her research interests are in research methodology, management of chronic disease with a focus on functional disorders, health disparities, online pedagogy.
