Lisa Ali is the Senior Director, Clinical Strategy and Services at the Canadian Mental Health Association - Peel Dufferin. Lisa has almost fifteen years of combined clinical, managerial and planning experience with Ontario’s health care system. She has a Master of Social Work from York University and a Master of Health Administration at the University of Toronto. In addition to managing the Case Management Program, Lisa has led several CMHA Peel Dufferin system projects to determine community needs and expanded access to care and improved people’s experience with the mental health and addiction system.

Since Covid 19 hit our communities, providers have been challenged virtual team communication and delivering virtual service to clients and caregivers.
