Madeline Neal serves as the Director of Special Programs in the Office of Interprofessional Education and Practice at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. An experienced program director, Madeline combines her background in nutrition, research, and management with a passion for improving the lives of others. Her strength is working with stakeholders from different backgrounds to turn big ideas into actionable steps that drive success.

Embedded within UNC’s Office of Interprofessional Education and Practice, Relational Leadership at Carolina is an interprofessional, cross-generational learning community focused on building skills to support “an inclusive mindset and community” to thrive through authentic connection. Relational Leadership at Carolina was founded in 2018 and launched its first pilot program in Spring 2019.
