Dr. Marian is a Professor of Practice and Director of the Didactic Program in Dietetics in the department of Nutritional Sciences at the University of Arizona. She is also the nutritionist/dietitian for Arizona Oncology Associates and is on faculty with the Integrative Medicine Program at the University of Arizona. Mary is widely published and has given numerous presentations both nationally and internationally and served on numerous committees for the University of Arizona, Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, the American Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition, AZ Health Sciences and the Nutrition and Dietetics Educators & Preceptors Interprofessional Education committees.

BackgroundInterprofessional collaborative care is a key aspect of all academic experiences. Our goal is to develop pharmacists and dietetic-professionals that are team- and practice-ready to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to improve individual and population health outcomes.
