Michael D. Wolcott, PharmD, PhD, is a clinical assistant professor with the Division of Practice Advancement and Clinical Education (PACE) at the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy as well as in the Department of Oral and Craniofacial Health Sciences at the UNC School of Dentistry. He is a faculty fellow of CIPhER and Director of the Educational Resources and Scholarship within the UNC School of Dentistry. His research focuses on preceptor development, design thinking, assessment, and technology-enhanced learning.

Embedded within UNC’s Office of Interprofessional Education and Practice, Relational Leadership at Carolina is an interprofessional, cross-generational learning community focused on building skills to support “an inclusive mindset and community” to thrive through authentic connection. Relational Leadership at Carolina was founded in 2018 and launched its first pilot program in Spring 2019.
