Dr. Lee is the Vice-Chair for the Department of Rehabilitative Sciences at East Tennessee State University. She also serves as the Graduate Coordinator for the Clinical Nutrition and Sport Nutrition programs in which she incorporates interprofessional education and practice. She is a Registered Dietitian (30 plus years) and provides nutrition services to the Gary Shealy ALS Clinic in Johnson City, TN since it opened it's doors in February 2017.

Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) is a devastating disease with no cure. An interdisciplinary care model is the treatment standard for patients with ALS (PALS).
