Dr. Key-Solle is a pediatric hospitalist at Duke Children's Hospital in Durham NC. She completed medical school, general pediatric residency, and hospital medicine training at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. With 16 years of academic and clinical experience, she currently serves as the director of the Pediatric Hospital Medicine fellowship program. She has led multiple initiatives to address improvement of the patient experience through interprofessional education and collaboration, including implementation of educational curricula, committee service, and quality improvement work.

Health professions educators can benefit from continuing education to effectively facilitate interprofessional education (IPE) in clinical settings. Virtual learning formats enable broader participation and overcome barriers to in-person events, but little data exists on the most effective platforms and methods of virtual continuing education for this purpose.
