The program of research includes human-environment Interaction, with a specific emphasis on the biobehavioral factors which examines how nurses responses are affected by their environment and work activities are related to/affect biobehavioral responses including psychological responses (e.g., anxiety, stress, fatigue), biological responses (e.g., stress/inflammatory hormones), behaviors (e.g., physical activity) and health outcomes (e.g., cognitive function). and Healthy Work Environment Initiative.
