Dr. Prabalini Rajendram is a board certified Critical Care Physician previously in the department of Critical Care Medicine in the Respiratory Institute at Cleveland Clinic and Clinical Assistant Professor of Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine (CCLCM) of Case Western Reserve University (CWRU). She was the Co-Director of Interprofessional Scholars Collaboration in Teaching and Learning at CWRU, Associate Director of Interprofessional Education at CCLCM, member of the Cleveland Clinic Pulmonary Critical Care Fellowship Clinical Competency Committee and the leader for Cleveland Clinic’s physician onboarding series To Act as a Unit; Professionalism course. She has presented at several national meetings.She transitioned to Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK) in 2021 and assumed the role of Associate Program Director of Critical Care Medicine and has additional responsibility of creating an interprofessional education council in the critical care center in MSK.

Theme: This seminar will present an innovation in interprofessional learning in practice that addresses IPE challenges in the clinical environment. The sub-themes addressed are faculty development to facilitate interprofessional learning and learner-led interprofessional education.
