Rebecca Spragg, MSPO, CPO is an Assistant Professor and Program Coordinator for the Orthotics and Prosthetics program at Eastern Michigan University. She is a board certified orthotist-prosthetist practicing in pediatrics. She is an EMU IPE Faculty Scholar and received a scholarship to develop IPE activities in 2019. Her research interests include burnout in healthcare professionals and interprofessional education to improve interaction in the healthcare team.

Background:Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, many IPE activities have been redesigned to accommodate virtual learning. Virtual platforms can help in engaging healthcare professionals from other institutions to provide more realistic representation of healthcare professionals from across the continuum of care involved in care of patients.
