Roxane Gardner is an Assistant Professor-Obstetrics, Gynecology at Harvard Medical School - Department of Ob/Gyn - Brigham and Women's Hospital and Adolescent Gynecology at Boston Children’s Hospital; and Department of Anesthesia, Critical Care and Pain Medicine - Massachusetts General Hospital. She is Sr Director, Clinical Programs & Director, Simulation Fellowship & International Scholars Program at the Center for Medical Simulation. She served as Associate Medical Director-Obstetrics for Patient Safety at the Controlled Risk Insurance Company (CRICO) of Harvard-affiliated institutions, facilitating obstetrical patient safety programs. Her research involves patient safety, simulation and healthcare team performance.
