Sara Bharwani, EdD, is a Postdoctoral Associate at University Nebraska - Lincoln at the Academy for Child and Family Wellbeing. Sara and her husband, Jawed, are also co-teaching courses regarding mindfulness and medicine at Creighton University. Further, Sara is collaborating with colleagues in Creighton’s Department of Psychiatry to further mindfulness and leadership initiatives with residents and fellows.

For many healthcare professionals, their inner voice can be unhealthy and detrimental to achieving the Quadruple Aim of Healthcare.
