Scott Bennie serves as the Dean of Health Professions, Graduate Studies, and Institutional Effectiveness at Kettering College in Dayton, Ohio. He earned his Master of Physical Therapy and Doctor of Science degrees from Loma Linda University and a MBA in Financial Management from La Sierra University. In addition to healthcare practice and leadership experience, he has founded PTA and DPT programs. Dr. Bennie is a Credentialed Fellowship Graduate of the APTA's Education Leadership Institute and Distinguished Scholar and Fellow in the National Academies of Practice. His areas of research interest are evidence-based education, including leadership, interprofessional education, and simulation.
