Sean Fitzpatrick, Ph.D. is the Associate Dean of Health Sciences at St. Catherine University. In this role, he leads and teaches within the Interprofessional Education Department. Prior to joining St. Catherine University, Dr. Fitzpatrick served as the Allied Health Department Chair at Marian University (WI), working with programs in Exercise and Sport Science, Radiologic Technology, and Sonography. Sean has a Ph.D. in Sport and Exercise Psychology and a Master’s in Community Counseling from West Virginia University. Dr. Fitzpatrick has a background in assessment and evaluation and previously conducted research on the promotion of physical activity with cancer survivors.

The purpose of this presentation is to share the development of an evaluation framework for Interprofessional Education (IPE) using the RE-AIM Model (Glasgow et al., 1999). This session aligns with the theme of Innovations in Interprofessional Learning and the request for evaluation work. As the IPE movement has grown, there have been calls to develop effective evaluation processes (Blue et al., 2015).
