Shelene Thomas, PT, DPT, EdD, GCS, FNAP is an Associate Professor in the School of Physical Therapy at Regis University whose role includesIPE Coordinator at Regis University where she collaborates in interprofessional (IP) education and collaborative practice. Dr. Thomas’ interest in IP education has led to positions on National IP Education Consortia (NIPEC), a mentor in the American IP Healthcare Collaborative (AIHC), and guest faculty for several Universities. Shelene holds a Geriatric Certified Specialist by the APTA and an on-site reviewer Team Lead for the Commission of Accreditation of Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE) as she continues to teach in the School of Physical Therapy as well as mentor the Clinical Instructor and student through Clinical Education.
