Yibing Zhou is a second year M.S. nutrition student at Case Western Reserve University. She earned her B.S. in Biology with a minor in Visual Arts from Fordham University. She is from Zhengzhou, Henan, China. Through her studies in the U.S., She developed interests in nutrition and dietetics. She also enjoys volunteering and working within an interprofessional team. After graduating from CWRU, she will be completing her dietetic internship at Cornell University in fall 2021.

BackgroundFRESH Fairfax is a collaboration between residents of the Fairfax neighborhood of Cleveland, Ohio, CWRU graduate students (medicine, social work, nutrition, and dental), and Cleveland Clinic (CCF) to address community-identified health disparities.
