Dr. Lingras, child-clinical psychologist, specializes in early childhood mental health and social-emotional development in early and middle childhood, with emphasis on children experiencing behavioral concerns or who have experienced trauma. Dr. Lingras works on community-based collaboration with pediatric primary care clinics and early childcare programs by integrating behavioral healthcare, early childhood screening, and mental health consultation programs. She is trained in the Incredible Years teacher, child, and parent curricula and in Child-Parent Psychotherapy (dyadic treatment for children who have experienced trauma and their caregivers). Estimates indicate over 95% of children in the United States regularly visit a pediatric provider and primary care is the only health care system attended by the vast majority of children before school enrollment.
