Rabab (Ruby) Sharif-Sandel,M.D.,PhD. is a Physician-Scientist trained in surgical Pathology. She serves as the IPE Project Coordinator in the Office of Interprofessional Programs in the Office of the VIce Provost for Academic Affairs and Faculty Development at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Centers. Dr. Sharif-Sandel coordinates the campus-wide implementation of Digital Measures/ Faculty Activity System software, a project that assists faculty with their annual evaluations, and provides needed documentation for accreditation reports and larger Faculty development program evaluation. Her work with collaborative practice involves medical team training and evaluation, data collection and analysis, and simulation in health care and research.

This presentation addresses the selected theme and subtheme in that it is a description of developing a certificate program targeting faculty, staff, and other educators in the colleges and schools within OU across all three campuses. Transitioning from a grassroots team of interprofessional champions to a comprehensive program of interprofessional education, research, and service during an international pandemic, we were challenged with developing a logic model to bring order to our rapidly evolving interprofessional education (IPE) program. Background: The interprofessional education (IPE) program at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center services 19 professions in eight colleges across three campus locations. The Interdisciplinary Student Council (ISC) was formed in 2020 under the guidance of the Office of the Vice Provost and the Office of the Interdisciplinary Programs.
