Sandra Swoboda who holds a joint appointment at the Johns Hopkins University Schools of Medicine and Nursing has 24 years of clinical trial experience and is a Senior Research Program Coordinator in the Department of Surgery. At the SON, she is the Simulation Team Coordinator and Simulation Educator for the Masters Entry into Nursing Practice with over 20 years of experience as an educator, lecturer and mentor in the clinical setting. She was the Co-Coordinator of the NCSBN Simulation Study. Areas of expertise include the pedagogy of simulation, clinical instruction, faculty development, IPE simulation, moral resilience, burnout and communication.

Introduction: The COVID-19 pandemic highlighted the need for the development of clinical learning experiences using online virtual formats. This talk will describe 10 interprofessional videos that were developed with a focus on specific core competencies for interprofessional collaborative practice and specific clinical scenarios to be used in clinical learning settings.
