Introduction:
The COVID-19 pandemic highlighted the need for the development of clinical learning experiences using online virtual formats. This talk will describe 10 interprofessional videos that were developed with a focus on specific core competencies for interprofessional collaborative practice and specific clinical scenarios to be used in clinical learning settings. We will address the theme "Innovations in Interprofessional Learning: Practice and Education", with a focus on the subtheme "Online Virtual Simulation and Technology Facilitated Interprofessional Learning".

Process:
Each virtual simulation video includes a nurse(s), physician, pharmacist and other health professionals as appropriate (e.g., respiratory therapist, physical therapist, social worker, etc.). We will provide a description of modules which include learning materials to guide faculty in utilizing the virtual simulation videos. A demonstration of one sample video clip (interprofessional end of life simulation) will include an example of de-briefing the interprofessional videos. Lastly, we will discuss the analysis of simulation de-briefing data collected with the 10 virtual interprofessional clinical simulations during COVID-19.

Results/Discussion:
T tests analysis of pre-post change scores demonstrated positive changes in each of the 6 interprofessional competency domains measured (communication, collaboration, roles and responsibilities, collaborative patient/family centered approach, conflict management/resolution, and team functioning). We will make recommendations for educational use of VOICeS for addressing core competencies of interprofessional collaborative practice and essential clinical learning competencies. Lastly, we will cover best practices in evaluation of VOICeS for tracking attainment of core competencies and clinical knowledge gained.
