Serah Theuri PhD, RD, is an Associate Professor of nutrition at the University of Southern Indiana (USI) and has 22 years of teaching experience in higher education. Her research and community outreach programs focus on promoting wellness using lifestyle modification and nutrition education principles. Serah served as the nutrition expert for a 3-year, $1.2 million NEPQR grant at USI. This grant supported the efforts of teaching undergraduate nursing and health profession students, on how to practice collaboratively as effective members of healthcare teams.

The faculty, staff, and health profession students conducted an interprofessional wellness fair aiming to promote health and provide opportunities for interprofessional collaboration.
