Diane Bridges PhD, MSN, RN, CCM has been a nurse for over 30 years with experience in Obstetrics, Neonatal Nursing, Medical-Surgical Nursing, and Orthopedics. These positions included head nurse, management roles and nursing instructor. She is also a Certified Case Manager. She holds a PhD in Interprofessional Healthcare Studies from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science. Dr. Bridges is a published author on several topics: Interprofessional Education, Service Learning and Teamwork, Online Education, Interprofessional Competencies and has presented at many conferences.

However, the continued growth of scientific submissions puts an increasing burden on the demand for peer review (M. Kovanis etal., 2016). Reviewer fatigue has become evident in trying to meet the review demands(C. Fox et al., 2017).
